Successful First Reading of the Proposed Goat Ordinance at City Council on August 16, 2010!!!

The proposed goat ordinance was well-received and will move on to "second reading" and VOTE on September 7, 2010. Charlottesville Goat Justice League members (and their adorable kids) spoke eloquently and effectively about how this ordinance will affect them personally.

The ordinance allowing miniature goats to live lawfully in Charlottesville has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is now on the agenda for the August 16, 2010 meeting of Charlottesville City Council!!!!
